- aged 20 or more
- aged 18 or 19, who have been referred to nextstep by Jobcentre Plus

nextstep East Midlands is part of a national service that provides completely impartial information and advice to help you improve your job prospects through learning and gaining new skills.

Help and advice from your nextstep adviser is tailored to your needs, and is available across the East Midlands. More in-depth advice is available if you have qualifications below NVQ 3/A level.
